Sometimes we can eat what we perceive to be a healthy diet, but still get lagged down by symptoms that just won't go away. Many times in these cases, I find that a food sensitivity is hiding in the background causing just enough trouble to cause those symptoms. In this full nutritional workup, I will help you uncover your food sensitivities once and for all and give you healthy alternatives to those foods. We will have an initial session, followed up by multiple check-in sessions over a 6 month period to find and manage your food sensitivities.
